TheatreReview NYC launched in 2019, shortly before the world of theatre was forever changed by the COVID-19 pandemic. As the industry continues to grapple with the changes brought on from this crisis, TRNYC is also evaluating next steps of the site and hopes to have an update on operations soon.

Edward Medina
Co-founder
Along with being a freelance theater critic, Edward Medina is a theatrical producer, director, playwright, and bestselling author.
Edward is a member of the American Theatre Critics Association, where he serves on the Executive Committee as well as both the Membership and Diversity & Inclusion Committees. Additionally, he is a voting member of The Drama Desk.
Edward is also a member of Theater Resources Unlimited (TRU), the Manhattan Association of Cabarets and Clubs (MAC), and the Dramatists Guild.
Nate Hinkle
Co-founder
Nate Hinkle is a Creative Director and Producer with over 10 years of experience creating stunning digital experiences for brands like New York Film Academy, Samsung, Altice, Citi, LaCroix, Mudd Jeans and many more.
At TRNYC, she continues to focus on the digital infrastructure driving a word-class review site.
